A calendar provider (Google, iCloud) may have multiple calendars defined for the user. We are fetching the default one now, but should be showing all that are defined allowing a user to select which ones to poll for events.
Additionally in the meeting template when selecting a calendar to save/create event in, we should allow choosing between them.
