remove relict download cyz2json button #51
Description
This is a hangover from before cyz2json had downloadable releases and it needed a build command.
However the button does install required dotnet runtime which is still needed to run cyz2json as the distributed GitHub releases are not self‑contained.
So probably worth fixing that upstream first in cyz2json.
