Description
Providing fields in the general panel to manage the periodicity of the plan.
Now the periodicity is set in order to load the plan as soon as the simulation starts and only a single time.
The periodicity could be set to n in order to load the plan at each n years.
Another field could be provided to set an index of the loading inside the period.
