feat: Add Unique User Avatars/Profile Icons

Problem

Currently, the application does not provide unique avatars or profile indicators for users. This makes it difficult to visually identify different users and reduces the personalization of the platform UI.

Proposed Improvement

I would like to implement a unique avatar system for users by:

Adding profile avatars/icons
Generating initials-based avatars when no profile image is uploaded
Supporting optional custom profile pictures
Displaying avatars consistently across dashboard, tasks, and planner sections
Why improvement is needed

This feature will improve the user experience by making profiles easier to identify and giving the platform a more modern and personalized interface. It will also enhance usability in collaborative or multi-user environments.

Expected Result

After implementation:

Every user will have a unique visual identity
Users can easily distinguish profiles/tasks
The UI will look cleaner and more professional
The platform will feel more interactive and personalized
Alternatives Considered

An alternative approach could be using only text initials without profile images. However, a complete avatar system with optional custom images provides a better user experience and scalability.

hey @Charushi06, I'd like to take this.

I've built avatar systems before and there are a few decisions that aren't obvious upfront:

• initials avatars need a consistent color per user — random colors look messy. I'll hash the email/username to always pick the same color for the same user, so it feels intentional not random
• single-letter initials break for names like "Al" or usernames with no spaces — I'll handle edge cases so it never renders blank or crashes
• if custom image upload is in scope, I'll store just the filename/url reference, not the blob in localStorage — avoids the "avatar disappears on new device" bug
• avatars should render the same size across dashboard, tasks, and planner — I'll use a single reusable component so it doesn't drift across pages

no external avatar libraries needed, keeping it lightweight.
