Add test datasets for classifyapp, devmap, and dataflow

Add a script to generate small testing datasets for the three tasks in our arXiv paper. These would serve two purposes:

1. To be used for end-to-end testing of downstream task scripts.
2. To make it easier to compare the effect on changes in the graph representation.
