Plus/Minus buttons using sequence ID - further investigation required.

In capturing and analysing the Plus/Minus buttons from my remote, I noticed they're using a sequence number on each event.

It should be doable to calculate and reproduce it, I just haven't had time to do it yet. Leaving this as an open issue to come back to and remind myself.

After further testing, some buttons are only working intermittently. Re-opening this issue for further research and discussion.
