Data upload Error: column "baseline_value" of relation "wrk_clinical_data" does not exist

Hello,

I'm new to tMDataLoader, so i've tried to upload data to transmart with the test data (Test Data GSE0). But somehow when I run tMDataLoader, it shows error: column "baseline_value" of relation "wrk_clinical_data" does not exist
How can I fix this problem?

Hi, sorry for late reply. That sounds to me like you did not follow the installation procedure: https://github.com/Clarivate-LSPS/tMDataLoader/blob/master/README.md#installing . Specifically you probably did not run the migrations.sql script.

By the way, what tranSMART version are you using? What database and what version are you using? Did you check out the master or some other branch?

Thanks for the reply. I used "git clone https://github.com/Clarivate-LSPS/tMDataLoader.git" to download everything. I've added one line ( baseline_value character varying(100)) in the each file: "/transmart-data/ddl/postgres/tm_ly/lt_clinical_data.sql" and "transmart-data/ddl/postgres/tm_wz/wrk_clinical_data.sql". After this action everything works fine. But i still don't know why this happened.
I'm using tranSMART 16.3 and postgreSQL 9.5
