Had the same problem - that old repo is gone. Using the official oracle repo is tricky as well as you not only need an oracle account but also specific permissions for tha maven repo. I found another repo on the webs that can be used instead (for now at least).

Open the file "build.gradle", go to line 38 and replace the old repo link with:
maven { url "http://nexus.saas.hand-china.com/content/repositories/rdc/" }
Save and try build again. Worked fine for me.
