When ,I use the new version v19.0 transmart,I run the demo data Test Study_GSE0 ,or the Low Dimentional Serial Data Test dataset. I found the same error information ,as follows:
01/19 08:50:39 ERR -- Job Failed: See error log for details [FAIL / 1 recs / 0.003871s]
01/19 08:50:39 ERR column "sample_cd" of relation "observation_fact" does not exist / null / null
01/19 08:50:39 ERR Procedure completed with errors!
and the Clinical data does not add the database correctly.
