Also, it would be helpful if there was an error for an incorrectly formatted URI. If I set URI to localhost:8123 instead of http://localhost:8123/, I just get a query execution error: adbc_driver_manager.InternalError: INTERNAL: error executing query: invalid params: invalid format.
