BungeePerms support

@CodeCrafter47 Please add a config setting like in BungeeTabListPlus to get the player data (for example group, prefix, suffix) from BungeePerms. Because I use BungeePerms for the prefixes and I want my players to have the same prefixes in tablist AND in chat.
