Fix bug in date/time selectors #54
Description
In TuneSearchForm and ActivityForm, the DatePicker and TimePickers seem to have some buggy behavior where if the user doesn't explicitly choose a date/time, the default may be the wrong time.
Perhaps the default is the current date/time, but not in local time? Do some more investigation.
If prudent, make new components for the pickers.
