Promise Tracker | Check Media <> Payload integration | Publishing promises not working at the moment

Issue: Published promise not syncing to website/API payload.

Details: The promise at this URL is marked as Published in Check Media. However:

1. It is not appearing on the frontend Promise Tracker website.

2. It is missing on the Payload for published promises section.

Expected Behaviour: Any promise with a "Published" status in the CMS should be accessible on the payload published promises and visible on the site. This was working as of last month, not sure what's broken or changed
