Secure Parameter is set as false

A secure parameter is sent via the API but its set to false.
Please investigate.

Findings: In the secure key, we are storing if a tab is opened in incognito or not. if opened in incognito mode, then its is adding as true if normal tab, then adding false. Since majority of the tabs are opened in normal tabs, secure is stored as false.
