Caption isn't deleted after you delete the image from Asset Manager

Expected behaviour

Current behaviour

If you add an image and insert a caption to that image, and then delete that image from the Asset Manager, the image is deleted but the caption still shows and it is oriented vertically.

Steps to reproduce

Tested in this book

1. Add an image to a chapter/part
2. Insert a caption
3. In Asset Manager select the image from step 1 and delete it
4. Go back to the chapter where the chapter used to be and see that the caption is still there and it is vertically oriented, just like in the screenshot below.
