Create a mapping of CCO to dbpedia

As part of this task, each resource in CCO should bear a cross reference annotation to the equivalent dbpedia resource. Such mappings can be used to automate data enrichment tasks and have broad usage for a variety of use cases.

This file would be a /cco-extension

What is the mapping strategy you're using? It looks like https://www.commoncoreontologies.org/ont00000078 is 'act of estimation'?
