This is a repository of (hopefully) useful tips to work in computational biochemistry projects. The material is highly heterogeneous and it is constant work in progress, so do not expect perfect (nor even complete) scripts; simply hints. The book is mainly maintained by the group members of the Computational Biochemistry and Biophysics lab at the UVic-UCC.
