Feature request: implement renv for managing R packages #28
Description
I recently upgraded R, so had to re-install all of the packages used by tappAS. If renv was implemented, one could avoid this. Also, it would isolate the packages used by tappAS from the system-wide library, so improve stability and reproducibility.
Potential downsides: bioconductor can cause problems for renv sometimes... Perhaps this could be an optional feature?
