Genomic view shows nothing

After visualizing a transcript etc. with "Show gene data visualization" then opening a "Genomic" view tab, nothing shows up.

Hi, checking back in on this, now using tappAS v1.1.1. The same problem still exists. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help.
