CLA Signature Stuck at Waiting for status to be reported

I've signed the CLA for this pull request, but the license/cla check is stuck at Waiting for status to be reported, which is currently blocking the merge.

• declare fullAccess as constant to reduce gas and improve clarity (issue: #294) #295
• remove dead code (issue: #294) #296

Could you please take a look at the CLA bot configuration (e.g., webhook, GitHub Action, or any external integration) to ensure it's functioning correctly?
