Add a checklist

Sometime a checklist would be fine to define subtasks and documentate the process.

Could be relalized via MultiColumnWizard (textfield, select for status, checkbox for finished).

It would be the best to realize this as an extra component, e.g. monitoring-tasks-checklist

Add a checkbox to sort the items (finished before open)

Add a checkbox to hide finished checklist items (maybe via css class)
