The fix is simple: install zstd before running the ollama install script. Let me patch the notebook:

Fixed. The Colab setup cell in simple-rag-demo-ollama.ipynb now runs apt-get install zstd before the ollama install script — newer versions of the script use zstd for extraction and fail without it.
