The --batch --no-tty flags aren't enough — Colab's shell pipe still triggers GPG's TTY probe. Fix: use Python subprocess with input=key_data instead of a shell pipe. GPG reads from a proper pipe and never needs /dev/tty.

Root cause (final): Colab's !cmd | gpg shell pipe leaves GPG without a proper stdin pipe object — GPG falls back to opening /dev/tty for input, which doesn't exist in Colab. This happens even with --batch --no-tty because those flags only suppress passphrase prompts, not the initial TTY open attempt.

Fix: replaced the shell pipe with Python subprocess.run(['gpg', ...], input=key_data). GPG now reads from a proper bytes pipe and never touches /dev/tty.

Clear — Cell 5 imports neo4j before Cell 7 installs it. Fix: add !pip install -q neo4j to Cell 5 before the import.
