Cannot stop worker after starting

What happened?

Im trying to play FS25 from FitGirl and i cannot make this work, once my worker starts his route, it wont stop no matter what, if i wait the work to finish, then i cannot get out of the tractor, nor change vehicles, detach trailer, anything

How can we reproduce this?

I dunno, i'm playing a repack

What did you expect to happen?

I expected the worker to stop after using CTRL+H
