You can only refer people who havent joined before, while I feel like that is a safe system, its one that isnt easily explained to people. My suggestion is that people have 3 Hours to refer players the second they log in for the first time on the server. This can also be done in form of a permission system, since "addtemp" is a thing in Luckperms so if you just add a permission, I can implement it like that myself but I feel like its a lot easier like that.
