Redis cache uncapped LRU #59
Description
Currently Redis is used with timeouts. Change to cache to keep positive results permanently with LRU.
- Remove timeouts for successful operations
- Leave timeouts for unsuccessful ones
- Configure Redis to cap data
- Set eviction policy (LRU or LFU)
