Error 404 after subscribing

Hi, nice plugin! Thanks for building that. I'm having a problem that when people click on subscribe, they are taken to a 404 page. How can I change that?

Sounds like a routing issue. Re-init permalinks?

Actually it's not the permalinks. Fields like name are not supposted to be posted / reserved in wordpress.

It's not a problem if you use the AJAX version though. I change my local version to subscriber_name and made the corresponding in CF7
