Using the CSS panels in an existing CSS envoirnment & custom EPICS Prefix

Hey,

we just got our first ACQ system (D-Tacq ACQ1002R with two ELF423 Modules). Since we are using EPICS and CSS as core systems they are already in place and in heavy use.
But therefore we also changed the EPICS Prefix to be something completely different to what seems to be expected by the panels and it seems like there is a lot of JS in use to split and combine the names used to open certain panels.

What would you suggest to be the best approach to use the CSS panels with a custom EPICS prefix? Creating my own launcher panel? Or will I still run into issues on the sub panels?

(where are you, and are you sure it's ACQ1001+2xACQ423?. maybe ACQ437?)

I would NOT recommend changing the PV prefix ACQ1001_xxx: , that will likely cause a lot of breakage, not just in our css opi's. Instead, we recommend setting up aliases with the prefix that you want. Then use the original names with "our" OPI, use your new names with your code.
