Nice job Srujan. This is a rich dataset, and you have interesting research questions. A few comments:

• Can you please show the whole dataframe? That is, include a line where you just run the name of the dataframe. Also modify your YAML header to include format: html: df-print: paged
  This will allow the reader to scroll through the data.

Also, a small point - when graphing the distribution of ages, I would use geom_histogram() rather than geom_density(). I usually prefer to see the raw data. You can also then facet by sex to allow the reader to compare.
