You wrote the following on GitHub—has the code been developed, and where can I find it?

“In the following months I plan to release a new version of MCGPU (v2.0) compatible with the latest version of PENELOPE. I have received the following response from the NEA Data Bank.
Please note that, since PENELOPE2023 supersedes previous versions of PENELOPE, PENELOPE2006 is no longer distributed, as per the developer’s instructions.
Therefore we are unable to send the researcher a copy of this version.

Since PENELOPE 2006 is no longer available, we kindly request that you upgrade to MCGPU, which uses the latest version of PENELOPE, as soon as possible.
We hope to continue using the excellent VICTRE PIPELINE effectively. Thank you.
