change the local compose file to fit the current project structure: ee49dfb

The newest dockerfile in local use caching technique and use a base image for smaller size of the pre-build image,

the new image is publish at : https://hub.docker.com/repository/docker/justinshih0918/eurobot2026-nav2-envs

also note that, relative path setting in docker file is well set, no need to modify the mount path anymore : 7880f90

then, the nav2_system_test package is delete for arm64 machine, since gazebo is not able to download in arm64. : 5c59d55

The deploy dockerfile have been update and proved works well on the real machine,
remember to add the following command at your machine bashrc
export USER_UID=$(id -u)

this issue will remain open since the dockerfile update will continue,
potential future work will be upload the pre-build image to the X1 server.
