feat: add git remote buttons (branch switch, fetch, pull, push)

Add branch picker dropdown, fetch/pull/push action buttons, and ahead/behind sync indicators to the git panel and status bar. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
