Support OEM integrator removal of unsupported enumeration values

Enhance the OEM integrator to allow removal of unsupported enumeration values. This should be handled on a per-property basis.

This will allow for generated schemas and documentation to fully match an implementation.

Clarification to help reign in the scope of this work. The removal should be handled at the point of definition of the enumeration type, which gets applied wherever it is referenced. This prevents creation of new, multiple definitions that no longer map back to the original schema definition.

For example, PhysicalContext is defined in its own schema - other schemas reference that type. The tool should allow removal of values from "PhysicalContext_v1.xml" - not from the various schemas where that file is referenced.

While there may be cases where a different subset of values is used in an implementation, this simplification will handle the vast majority of cases, and still removes the bulk of "truly non-applicable" enum values.
