[Feature]: Automated class inheritance UMLs

Description

It would be useful for developers to have a diagram of how the classes we use link together to not have to go through piles of code to understand how the architecture is structured. I have done this previously with graphviz, but without having time to configure it, it became one very large and not-readable diagram. If we can have a flexible diagram generating framework that would be helpful.

I'm going to assign this to myself as this sounds like a cool featuer. Going to test this in daqpytools first and then propagate.

Implementation outsourced to daqpytools DUNE-DAQ/daqpytools#66

We'll need to decide how we can 'implement' it in drunc. Natively calling daqpytools-generate-uml drunc --directory [drunc directory] --output-directory [dir] --split will work, but we have questions to ask.

1. do we want this to run as a GitHub action?
2. Do we want to display the output somewhere? save the generated files somwhere? On the docs website or on the repo?
