Rename this package `drunc-messages`

On Pierre and Alessandro's request, this package should be renamed drunc-messages. However, this renaming should only apply to the develop line of development (fddaq-v5.4.0-focused), and not for the patch branches we'll be using for fddaq-v5.3.2+.

Just to note, this has been requested to be renamed to druncmessages over drunc-messages to avoid problems introduced by repository handling with Spack
