[Feature] Allow ModIDs for whitelisting dims

For shooting_star_dimensions, storm_stone_dimensions in the config gives an array of whitelisted dims. However for mods like ftbteambases where dims are made on fly this does not work great.

It would be nice if there would be some way to whitelist entire mods dims so those features can still work for more custom type of packs.

Do these dimensions share a dimension tag?

Sadly no. They are dynamic so don't think there is a good way add tags for that.

While they dont have a tag, since they are dynamically generated, they can be targeted by a regex. the dimensions are always ftbteambases:private_for_*

This is in reference to FTB Team Bases which are used in quite a few packs.
