are you planning a lit-element or at least Polymer 3 version of this element? If not, do you mind a PR?

Hi, thanks for your interest! Sorry, I had completely forgot about this element. Since it is a quite simple element, my plan would be to migrate it to a vanilla custom element (without any external dependencies) to make it as lightweight as possible. It should be ready in a couple of days! I'll keep this issue open until the refactor has been completed.
