Add support for GTCE-EU, IC2EXP-EU, and IC2C-EU

If at all possible, adding support for these types of energy would be a major help for pack makers.

would like to add that ic2exp and ic2c eu are intercompatible as long as you dont use the api improperly like say AE2, it will work with both mods fine, gtce-eu is capabilities so probably not that hard to add if you are already uses FE, same for buildcraft MJ which id also recommend adding
