Issue when building

So I'm pretty clueless on the process and have been following the instructions from the sm64ex git, and then when I got to the end I wrote what you indicated, but I get this error:

What am I doing wrong? should I put your files somewhere (as in the downloaded zip?)

You need to change the GitHub-Link in the instructions to https://github.com/DarioSamo/sm64rt instead of using the ex one.
