Sm64RT Black Screen After Compiling Correctly And Only Showing UI Textures

So For Months Now I've Been Trying To Play This Again But Every Time I Try To It Always Never Loads The Graphics And Instead Loads ONLY UI Textures

I Got Into Contact With One Of The Mods At SM64PC Central And They Said They Can't Do Anything About It.
If Their Is ANY Fixes Please Get Into Contact With Me About It.

I've been getting this problem too ever since I upgraded to a new computer and I'm desperate for a fix. I'm running an RX 6700 XT 12GB and the computer's brand new, so drivers are installed fresh. My old PC doesn't have this problem at all, but was a bit underspec'd. What's infuriating about is that the game's clearly still running in the background and I can fully control the HUD and Mario, but something's just stopping RT64 from rendering anything. If anyone finds a fix to this at some point down the line, I would very much like to know.

UPDATE: In another effort, I went to download the driver file I found from the manufacturer of my GPU (in my case Powercolor) and after installing that, RT64 actually did start rendering stuff, but would crash not long after, the console printing out the following:

D3D12 call d3dSwapChain->Present(vsyncInterval, 0) failed with error code 887A0005.

I am aware of 2 circumstances that cause this crash:

1: As soon as the scene of Mario's face at the main menu tried loading in (with rare exceptions).

2: If the game didn't crash when the menu loaded, subsequent gameplay leads to a crash whenever Mario jumps into water.

After some amateur looking-into, the best hypothesis I have is that the game is attempting to reuse resources before the GPU is even done rendering, but I'm no expert here. I'm just putting this little experiment out there in hopes that someone can discern the cause of it.
