Large File Issues

There are two issues that I noticed ...

1. The "Send Messages & Files to a Key Id" form says it can handle files up to 100MB, but my uploads consistently fail around the 12MB mark.

2. To get around this problem I compressed my file into a zip and split it into 10MB volumes, and these seem to upload okay, but ...

• When I click "Show Messages" it takes about 3 minutes for the popup to appear. There is no progress bar, and so I wasn't sure if anything was even happening. Also, sometimes the popup doesn't open at all, and I get a "can't connect" error message instead (I think it's timing out).
• There is no scrollbar in the popup and so a large list of files gets cumbersome to navigate
• When the popup is successful, the download links don't work, and I get the attached error.

This service / software is awesome! Thank you for creating it, but this last issue, with the download links failing is a deal breaker. I can't get around it, and it is preventing me from recommending the service to anyone else.
