Help with the Attachment for Placement Array

I have an inlined sketch with some lines along a closed shape. This resembles the seconds ticks of an analog clock.

Side view showing the angle of the path

I would like to create Placement Kites facing inside the shape parallel to the xy plane, not following the xy angle.
Is something like that possible?

I tried a lot of options, and I can orient a single kite, but when I make the Placement array, other kites do not follow the intended orientation. The best I could do is to orient my Kites pointing towards the center, but they will always have the same angle as the side view.

From the side view, I’m aiming for a stepped profile rather than a sloped one.

Is that possible?

No, not like this. I am not on computer right now but the kits should point inside following the orientation of the line.

i'm not sure, but maybe "top view" image of yours is lines, not points, and lines set the orientation of placemernts. Then, use an additional line somewhere to force a z axis of placements attached with "align O-Z-X" mode.
