'superuser' status does not seem to do anything

Marking a user as as a 'super user' does not appear to provide them with any new abilities - such as photo moderation and the like. These need to be assigned separately.

it doesn't do anything in the frontend, but it does give you access to /admin

But staff status says 'Designates whether the user can log into this admin site'? Can we at least label it correctly so we know exactly what it does?

Sorry yeah. Staff is whether they can log into the admin site, aand then superuser is all the permissions inside the admin

So giving someone superuser is the same thing as assigning them all the "User permissions"

But the way we give people access to do thing in the frontend is via "Groups".

I'll have a look and see if we can shove an extra bit of text explaining this into the admin
