Core: Make airplanes be cargo, transport or mixed

Instead of just cargo, we could add humans as well that need to be transported.

This would then allow us to make:

• Cargo airplanes
• Transport airplanes
• Mixed (Transport & Cargo) Airplanes

Requires rework of Core & GUI
