[Bug] Removing invalid profession followed by Added profession over and over

On some of my low level toons I'm seeing this pattern repeat multiple times per session. I'm doing the Darkmoon Faire profession quests.

Steps to reproduce

Opening and closing any profession UI causes this to occur.

Low level characters may not have trained expansions that have knowledge.

I'm also experiencing this behavior, and it's far more than a few times per session. It's fires from most actions related to gathering, to the point where I'm going to have to disable it until it's fixed. This persists if the according Dragon Isles professions are trained, and in my case, it's for Herbalism and Mining.

I tried to first clear the Saved Variables data, and then a full uninstall including said data , to no avail. Let me know if you'd like me to submit any logs or anything else for that matter.
