Toggle switches not keyboard accessible on Projects page

Current Behavior

The toggle switches "Show inactive projects" and "Show flat project view" are not keyboard accessible.

They cannot be focused using the Tab key and cannot be toggled using Enter or Space. Interaction is only possible via mouse input.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to the Projects page
2. Use the Tab key to move through interactive elements
3. Attempt to focus the toggle switches ("Show inactive projects" and "Show flat project view")
4. Try to activate them using Enter or Space

Expected Behavior

The toggle switches should be focusable using the Tab key and should be operable using Enter or Space, allowing full keyboard interaction.
