Allow any user to create profile

For now only users in some discord servers are able to join. We want to make this open to all, so remove that restriction. We still want users to be filtered by their group. so add the server name for their group.

eg: only someone in 100xdevs group can join. allow anyone to join and give tag(100xdevs) to all the users from 100xdevs server.
