I2: Stellar Expert activity widget on landing

Scope
Embed the Stellar Expert widget showing the strategy contract's recent activity directly on the landing page.

• Widget loads without layout shift.
• Hidden gracefully if the service is unavailable.

I can take this one. The mainnet vault ID is still blank in the app config, so I will embed the known testnet strategy contract activity from rontend/src/defindex.ts with fixed dimensions and a fallback link if Stellar Expert cannot be framed.
