I3: Twitter / Farcaster daily-rates bot

Scope
Auto-post a daily snapshot of net APY for each pool / asset to X and Farcaster. Uses existing rate data.

Acceptance

• Bot credentials stored securely (env).
• Post formatting readable on both platforms.
• Failure to post logs but does not crash.

I can take this. I will add a daily rates posting script with dry-run formatting, env-based X/Farcaster credentials, and failure-isolated posting so one channel failure does not crash the run.
