Every shot is a headshot

Using spigot/bukkit 1.7.9 every shot is a headshot and the hit boxes do not function properly.

What other plugins do you have on your server? Are there any errors in the console?

The basics. Factions, essentials, vault, WE, WB, WG, FactionsPlus, Groupmanager, mcmmo, NCP, and CNCP.

No errors in console.

Please try again with no plugins on your server. Also, did you modify your
config file at all?

I also noticed some time ago that the versions past 1.1 don't work properly on 1.7.2 and up.
In v1.1 distance-accumulated damage works like a charm.
In v1.3 hitboxes work properly but every shot is a headshot and the distance-accumulated damage does not work.
In v1.7 and v1.9 hitboxes do not work, every shot is a headshot and distance-accumulated damage does not work.

all versions are tested first by not modifying any config files and then I change the config to see if anything will start working properly, but no - with the default config or not the problems persist.

Tested on Spigot 1.7.2 and 1.7.10 without any other plugins.

Please try and fix the plugin when you find time because it's just so useful for pvp arenas and for players feeling like playing with a sniper-bow.

Currently using v1.1 in my online server, but there are no hitboxes there to be combined with the (working) damage accmulation. =/
